Such cards for restricted use in closed places like Airport, Building, Fair, Ferry, Jail, Military & Oil-rigs were sold from private companies or organizations to place phone-calls from controlled-access areas.
L&G also demonstrated the system to a larger public at meetings, fairs, congresses or exhibitions where democards were given away to the attending visitors who could place free calls ! Fair-cards bear sponsors’ ads with date of the event and have a structure 11 or 22 for the most recent ones.
